The house Blue Dog is the one with our name on it. Around it, the perennials: the Espresso Martini, the Pornstar Martini, an Old Fashioned with patience, the French Martini, the Margarita and a properly cold Negroni. Familiar names, treated with respect.

An Old Fashioned stirred down slow. A Negroni in proper balance. A Daiquiri that tastes of what it should. The classics are the backbone of the list, and we make them like we mean it.

- No. Walk in, take a seat, order a drink.
- Do you serve food?
- Bluedog is a cocktail and piano bar, so the focus is the bar. Ask the team about what is on if you are peckish.
- Can you make something off-menu?
- Yes. Tell the bartender what you like and they will build you something.
